Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the product you receive will match the images shown on our website. We make every effort to display our items as accurately as possible, including colors and details.

Please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings, but the overall design and quality will remain the same.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number
  2. Tell us the reason for the return
  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items are restocked, but others are limited.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.

You can have your order delivered to your home, workplace, or any valid address of your choice. Simply enter your preferred delivery address at checkout.
